Lighthouse Arts 5th Birthday

Lighthouse Arts, part of the Hunter Writers Centre, celebrated their 5th Anniversary on Saturday 24th October 2026. I was thrilled to be able to play the opening set of the birthday celebrations - I have enjoyed two residencies at the lighthouse (Winter 2023, Telegraph Vol. 3 - and Autumn 2024, Lighthouse Inventions) and always enjoy supporting the work that the wonderful team there do. It is ubiquitously said by all who visit that the lighthouse is a special place, such a unique part of the city and its landscape. If you are in the Newcastle area and get a chance to visit on a weekend, do pop up and see what arts and creativity is happening up there.
